Customer Satisfaction Service Agreement

Any property previously listed for public auction sale with Auctions U.S.A. that did not successfully close escrow whether or not that it was a direct result of overpricing by the Seller, non performance by the Buyer or little or no interest for the property on the day of the prior sales event we will offer the following customer service satisfaction pledge. Our Service Agreement is as follows:

We will auction the property in conjunction with another upcoming auction or at a stand alone event. Seller must agree to hold an "Absolute Auction" unless the Auctioneer agrees to accept a "Reserve Auction" sale. We will only charge a flat fee of $1,295.00 to perform the Public Auction again. This price does not include any obligation of the Seller to pay Real Estate Commissions according to any Listing Contract Agreements. Seller must pay all Third Party costs, such as, advertising and Internet service fees charged by Online Web Hosting Company.

Seller can request the auctioneer to charge a Buyer's Premium sufficient to cover all Real Estate Closing Costs. However, the Buyer's Premium can not exceed 10% and the Seller can not receive any portion of the Buyer's Premium. The $1,295.00 flat fee plus advertising costs must be paid up front on the rescheduling of the event. Seller has 120 days to reschedule the auction. Auctioneer will coordinate the event with Seller's Real Estate Broker or Designated Parties.
