Auctions USA requires all bidders to be pre-approved for mortgage financing in order to be eligible for bidding on any real estate. We accept pre-approval letters from the following lenders and brokers only. Bidders are not required to obtain and close their loan with these lenders and brokers, but must complete the pre-approval process with one of them in order to be activated as an eligible bidder.
NOTE: Not all properties will qualify for financing due to their physical condition, and may only be available for cash purchase. Auctions USA is not responsible for omission of any physical defects of any property which may prevent such property from being eligible for financing. Buyers must decide, in their sole discretion, the likelihood of a property to be financeable.

Neither Auctions USA nor Seller(s) are affiliated with the following brokers and lenders unless otherwise disclosed pursuant to applicable law. Buyer acknowledges that he/she is solely responsible for all fees and expenses connected with obtaining financing. Auctions USA is not responsible for changes in buyer's eligibility for financing, nor for changes in program requirements through which buyers may have been pre-approved by any broker of lender.
