Bidder Registration

All potential bidders, whether bidding at one of our events in person, or doing their bidding through our live broadcast and online bidding method, must register and obtain a loan Prequalification from one of the lending sources on our Mortgage Loan page * or fax us your bank letter of credit. Please allow a minimum of 48 hours prior to the start of the desired auction to allow adequate processing time.

Clients wishing to utilize our online bidding method must also register with our online bidding administrator, "NAALive".

* Registration and Prequalification Clearance may be done in person at any of our events, but there is no guaranty that the required Prequalification Clearance can be obtained in the limited time available prior to the start of any event. IT IS STRONGLY RECOMMENDED THAT THIS PROCESS BE COMPLETED AT LEAST 48 HOURS PRIOR TO THE DESIRED EVENT. Bidders who choose to not be prequalified PRIOR to bidding may have the Prequalification requirement waived by presenting a $5,000.00 cashiers check at the time of checking-in at any auction. Such bidders WILL have to be prequalified on-site prior to being allowed to execute any Agreements for Purchase and Sale related to any winning bids they may submit.

Auctions U.S.A. assumes no responsibility for Bidders who cannot be registered and approved in time for any event.

Please read and follow these steps carefully:

STEP 1: Register with Auctions U.S.A. by clicking HERE. All bidders (including online bidders) must register. Each registered Bidder may bring one additional guest, plus one Buyer's Agent to any event. NO MINORS WILL BE ALLOWED INTO ANY EVENT.

STEP 2: Obtain Prequalification. We must confirm that all bidders (both those attending an event, as well as those using our online bidding method) have the financing capacity to close escrow on any winning bids they may submit. This requirement can be satisfied by obtaining a written loan pre-approval from any of our existing mortgage lending sources found on our "Mortgage Loan" page or fax us your bank letter of credit. Be sure to bring this document with you to the auction. You are not required to obtain and close your loan through these sources, but you must go through this process to participate in our events as a bidder on real estate.

STEP 3: Register with NAALive (for online bidding only) by clicking HERE. This registration is only required if you will be placing bids through our online bidding method. There is a ten dollar ($10) non-refundable internet convenience fee required. The Prequalification requirement described above must still be obtained.

STEP 4: Approved Bidder Confirmation (for online bidding only). Once you are approved as a bidder, you will be sent an email indicating that your status has been updated to "Active/Approved". We will also provide this confirmation, on your behalf, to our online bidding administrator, "NAALive", if you have registered with them to accept your online bids. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILTY TO CONFIRM THAT OUR ONLINE BIDDING ADMINISTATOR, "NAALive", HAS UPDATED YOUR STATUS WITH THEM TO ACTIVE. This information can be found on NAALive.com under "Bidder - My Account" (your account home page once you have registered with NAALive).
